Yes, SMJ, Inc. is a fully licensed, insured and bonded general contractor.
SMJ's highly skilled team of professionals is well versed in all phases of general contracting and can provide any construction service necessary to get the job done.
Our work is guaranteed for 1 year after the completion date of the project. Materials are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
Generally, payment is due in full upon completion of the project. However, in cases of larger-sized jobs, we do request that a 25% deposit be submitted up front for materials and progress billings are submitted at 50% and 75% of completion of project.
