       "Thank you for the fine job that you, your organization, and your                  sub-contractors did in constructing the renovations to the 40,000

           square feet building for Creative Health Services and the

           Community Health and Dental Care.  Since we were working with

           an existing building, the project included many challenges and a

           few surprises.      The staff and workers from SMJ  and the

           sub-contractors were skilled craftsmen who made the best of

           some difficult situations.  I appreciate their dedication to the

           project and their cooperative and pleasant attitude.  It was a

           pleasure to work with your vice-president Jack Ayres, and the
